New Regulations regarding Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking effective July 1, 2023

Under a provincial regulation for Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking (EWRB), large building owners are required to report their energy and water consumption to the Ministry of Energy, Northern Development and Mines (ENDM) on an annual basis. If you own, manage, or represent a building that's 50,000 sq. ft or larger, you are required by the Ontario Government to report its energy and water use annually by July 1.
