Kelly McCann
While previously the Vice President of Customer and Employee Experience, Kelly McCann is now the Interim Chief Executive Officer at NT Power. She leads initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational efficiency. With senior leadership experience at Ivey Business School and Festival Hydro, Kelly is recognized for combining strategic vision with practical execution, guiding organizations through growth and change with steady leadership and clear thinking.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Kelly also contributes her expertise as a board member and audit committee chair for several non-profit organizations, reflecting her commitment to community impact.

Alex Share
Alex Share is Chief Financial Officer at NT Power, responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, and regulatory functions. He plays a key role in driving strategy and growth across the organization. Prior to joining NT Power, Alex held various management roles at the Ontario Energy Board, where he oversaw teams focused on rate applications, mergers and acquisitions, and accounting matters.
Alex is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.

Alex Braletic
Alex Braletic is the Vice President of Engineering & Operations at NT Power where he leads various divisions including asset management, network operations, and distribution design. Alex is responsible for guiding NT Power’s capital investment strategy and operational initiatives ensuring the utility is well-positioned to meet evolving customer and regulatory needs.
Before joining NT Power, Alex held roles in the electricity sector with a focus on system planning, asset management, and grid-modernization initiatives.
Alex is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and holds an MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Courtney Courtnage
Courtney Courtnage, CMP, is Interim Vice President of Customer Experience and Manager of Public Relations & Communications at NT Power. She leads the company’s approach to transparent communication, culture evolution, and resilient service delivery. With more than a decade of experience across the utility, IT, and telecommunications sectors, Courtney specializes in transforming complex information into clear, people-focused dialogue.
She oversees NT Power’s communications strategy, fostering trust, engagement, and alignment across teams, and is known for her calm, strategic leadership in high-pressure moments. Beyond NT Power, Courtney contributes to her community as Vice Chair of Artemis Huron and through volunteer leadership supporting women and families.

Scott Bradley
Scott Bradley is Interim Chief Information Officer at NT Power, where he leads enterprise technology, digital enablement, and innovation strategy. With more than 20 years in the utility sector, Scott has provided leadership across information and operational technology in regulated environments.
At NT Power, he drives technology initiatives that enhance grid reliability, advance cybersecurity, and support innovation that delivers value to customers and communities. Before joining NT Power, Scott worked in management consulting and systems integration, helping organizations leverage technology to achieve measurable operational improvements.
